CE/CIVIL/NTDC/07/2023-2024 CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL COLONY AND ALLIED SERVICES THAT MAINLY INCLUDES CAT-II BUNGALOW (01 NOS.), CAT-III, BUNGALOW (05 NOS.), CAT-IV QUARTERS (16 NOS.), SECURITY BARRACKS, 4.5M WIDE ROAD, MOSQUE, OHW TANK, WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM, TUBULAR LIGHTING POLES (8-M HIGH) ETC. AT 220/132KV GRID STATION NTDC SWABI. 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed bids from the eligible firms/bidders for Construction of Residential Colony and Allied Services at 220/132kV Grid Station Swabi on basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. 2. A complete set of Bidding Document can be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- (Pak Rupees Five Thousand Only). The method of payment will be in the form of pay order, bank draft or banker?s/cashier?s cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC. 4. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by courier services sent for an additional fee of Rs. 2,000/-. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. Bidding Document can also be downloaded from NTDC website i.e. www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost, however, purchase of Bidding Document is compulsory for participation. 5. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at above address on or before 13th May, 2024 at 11:00 AM PST.
